Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient **Document Processing Specialist** to join our client's team in Dallas, TX. This is a 12-month contract position requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Work Schedule:** Thursday - Monday, 9:15 PM - 5:45 AM

**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in document processing or a similar role
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., moving archive boxes, and preparing off-site storage.
+ Efficiently retrieve and process document requests within a 1-hour timeframe.
+ Proficiency in multitasking, PC skills, and utilizing low-speed machinery for rescanning.
+ Check negotiation, cash handling, and adherence to client instructions and processes.
+ Restructuring batches, managing multiple queues, and making independent decisions on exception items.
+ Handling print retrieval requests, association, and mailing of client packages.
+ Batching, preparing, and shipping non-image cash letters, as well as labeling and distributing merchandise.
+ Adhering to HIPAA and PCI standards, and proactively managing risk.
+ Meeting customer deadlines, fulfilling document retrieval requests, and ensuring excellent customer service.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
