Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Processor/Quality Control Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and maintaining accurate documentation related to the quality control processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure the integrity of records, facilitate smooth workflows, and support the quality control team in maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
- Documentation Management:
- Organize, process, and maintain quality control records, including inspection reports, certificates, test results, and other documentation.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed (physical and digital).
- Data Entry & Reporting:
- Accurately enter data into internal systems and generate quality control reports for management.
- Review and verify documentation for completeness and compliance with company standards.
- Quality Control Support:
- Collaborate with quality control inspectors and team members to ensure proper documentation of inspection results and corrective actions.
- Assist in auditing documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- File Management:
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Ensure timely archiving and disposal of documents according to the company's retention policies.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure seamless workflow.
- Respond to internal and external requests for documentation and information.
Qualifications Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in document processing, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Working Conditions: - Office-based with occasional interaction on the production floor.
