POSITION SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision the Document Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, monitoring performance and customer relationship.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
1. *Ensure team provides outstanding service to client, while building strong customer relationships
2. *Ensure staff meets performance objectives, including establishing development goals, setting business objectives, establishing priorities and providing ongoing performance feedback.
3. *Address performance issues amongst team members.
4. *Resolve issues proactively, and escalates appropriate issues to manager, client or team for resolution.
5. *Maximize profitability through effective utilization of labor and resources.
6. *Execute required administrative reports, activities, processes related to the people and/or production both on time and in accordance with appropriate standards of operation.
7. *Exemplify proper professional expectations for team members when dealing with client requesters and client work requests.
8. *Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client; encourages staff to bring forward ideas to help service quality and/or productivity.
9. *Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
10. *Have a strong knowledge clients businesses and the impact of our services
11. *Ensure adherence to standardized processes for all aspects of operations
12. *May train more junior staff members, as needed Job qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree preferred or 3 or more years demonstrated relevant experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work flexible schedules to support projects.
Knowledge of Cal OSHA, OSHA occupational safety and environmental regulations;
Human relations skills to maintain effective relationships with others and work in a team environment;
Knowledge of spreadsheet, and word processing programs, Visio, CAD;
Fundamental mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division;
Oral and written communication skills to provide factual and procedural information, and to understand and follow instructions;
Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle multiple requests at the same time;
Demonstrated common sense skills.

Bachelors Degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:
Viewing computer screen/monitor

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a business office or light industrial environment. Occasional work in extreme temperatures. Occasional travel is required.Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
