Document Production Specialist
: Job Details :

Our real estate / architecture client is looking for a Document Production Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience with document production and/or document formatting. This Entry level position is fully remote for out of state candidates; however, for New York candidates it will be hybrid.

• Pay rate: $28 - $29 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Processes specifications, reports and other non-drawing related documentation such as Master Proposals.
• Prepares, creates, and edits company documents.
• Reviews documentation and ensures compliance to company standards and applicable laws.
• Proofreads records or forms.
• Converts documents to electronic format.
• Establishes, maintains, and updates files, records, and other documents.
• Sorts and files records.
• Assistance with administrative tasks such as event tracking and social media log updates; PR and conference panels.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience in Document Formatting a plus.
• 2 -3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
