Position Title: Staff Attorney Location: Remote (Full-Time); Temporary/Project work available as well Practice Area: Litigation
The firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level attorney to join our dedicated team of document review attorneys. This is a permanent, full-time role with no pauses in work, designed for attorneys who are committed to long-term growth (2+ years) within the firm. Our attorneys support plaintiff-side litigation matters, including class action disputes.
There are temp/project based positions as well.
Position OverviewThe role primarily involves document review and discovery work. Using iConect Xera, you will analyze documents for relevancy and accuracy to support ongoing litigation efforts. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level attorneys to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in litigation.
Key Responsibilities:Review documents in discovery databases for relevancy, responsiveness, and privilege.
Conduct thorough analysis to support litigation teams in plaintiff-side matters.
Follow firm protocols and quality control standards during document review.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet case deadlines.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to a U.S. State Bar (in good standing).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Demonstrated interest in litigation and long-term professional growth.
No significant conflicts with plaintiff-side work or class action disputes.
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week; 50-60 hours encouraged).
Compensation: 28-32.06 an hour
Overtime: Eligible and highly encouraged.
Discretionary Bonus: Eligibility for an end-of-year bonus based on firm profitability and individual performance. Active employment through year-end is required for consideration. For permanent employees only.
