Job Description Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) seeks a part-time document scanner/office assistant for the Registrars Office. This role primarily has duties around scanning and filing documents. Duties and Responsibilities: Scanning documents and sorting into correct files Using Perceptive Content (HPC) to ensure all documents are linked properly Running monthly reports to check for proper routing Retrieve and deliver mail Organize, file and oversee all hard copies of documents Assist with mailings of general office correspondence, graduation correspondence, and diplomas Assist with graduation ceremonies KSA's/Required Qualifications: Experience working with confidential documents Document scanning experience Additional Considerations: Experience working with Peoplesoft/Oracle and Perceptive content Special Assignments: May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. Work Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday through Friday20-24 hours per week.
