- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized SOP Writer to develop, document, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Taste, Texture and Health business unite, focusing on liquid flavors manufacturing processes as logistics, production, continuous improvement, safety and quality.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that procedures are written in an accurate, clear way, and aligned with industry best practices.
- This role is crucial in maintaining compliance, improving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our operations.
- SOP Development: Write, edit, and format SOPs for logistics, production, continuous improvement, safety and quality processes related to liquid flavors manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather necessary content and insights for procedure development.
- Review Process Management: Lead the review process for all SOPs, ensuring that documents are thoroughly vetted for accuracy and clarity before final approval.
- Documentation Control: Maintain an organized repository of SOPs, ensuring all documents are current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Training Support: Assist in the development of training materials related to new SOPs and provide support for training sessions as needed.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all SOPs comply with internal policies and external regulations relevant to liquid flavor manufacturing.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma Required
- Must be able to understand processes and put together Procedures.
- Requires Administrative Skills and communication skills.
