Our client is seeking a Document Testing Content SME to join their team. As a Document Testing Content SME, you will be part of the Section 508 program supporting internal staff in enhancing document accessibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Document Testing Content SMELocation: RemoteWhat's the Job?
- Develop content for micro courses on document accessibility testing topics based on GSA Baseline Testing for Electronic Documents.
- Create training materials to support internal staff in implementing accessibility maturity into document accessibility.
- Conduct thorough testing of documents for keyboard accessibility, content structure, and metadata.
- Produce at least three On Demand training sessions as a subject matter expert.
- Analyze and review information critically to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accessibility laws.

- Proven experience in content creation for training and self-paced courses.
- Strong understanding of document testing best practices and digital accessibility standards.
- Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of relevant accessibility legislation, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.1.
