This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to develop their skills in document management and compliance. The Documentation Coordinator will work under the guidance of more experienced team members and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.Key Responsibilities:Document Assistance:Assist in the creation, formatting, and updating of company documents, such as procedures, reports, and manuals.Support the documentation review process by organizing and tracking document revisions.Document Organization:Help maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving documents.Ensure that documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.Support various departments by gathering information and assisting with document preparation.Coordinate with team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to documents.Training and Development:Learn and follow document management procedures and tools.Participate in training sessions to build skills in document management and compliance.Qualifications:Education:Associate's degree or relevant coursework in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management, Engineering Science or a related field preferred.Experience:No prior experience required, but any relevant internships or administrative experience is a plus.Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic knowledge of document management and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Good organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
