The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of documentation control, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role involves a high degree of interaction with various departments, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a solid background in technical writing, military compliance, and manufacturing compliance, and will be familiar with document control systems and ultimate certifications.Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and maintain documentation control processes and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.2. Review, revise, and approve all changes to controlled documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.3. Work closely with various departments to gather information and coordinate documentation activities.4. Provide training and guidance to staff on document control procedures and requirements.5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and identify areas for improvement.6. Manage the document lifecycle from creation to retirement, ensuring timely review and approval of changes.7. Use document control software and systems to track, manage, and store documents.8. Maintain ultimate certifications and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.9. Write, edit, and format technical documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and reports.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience with technical writing, military compliance, compliance, document control, and ultimate certifications.4. Proficiency in ANSA and other document control software.5. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and requirements.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.9. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.10. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.11.
