How about this one?We're seeking an Documentation Specialist to work with one of our top global biopharmaceutical clients in the Barceloneta PR area. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right. Job Description:• Development and execution of change management strategies in support of project efforts, including consistent and integrated change management, and communications with Global and local areas.• Present the Change Plans in the Global Change Review Board (GCRB). Work with the areas for the actions identified in the GCRB.• Collaboration with broader Global Team members on various projects to build integrated plans and ensure timely delivery of deliverables to support business needs.• Ability to write and edit engaging and visually appealing communications in support of related projects and targeted process area coordinating with Global Change Control Manager, where needed (i.e.: project communications, executive summaries, presentations)• Works with Foundation Change Management Manager to identify and pursue related initiatives that will improve internal communications, promote employee engagement, and support/promote company culture and shared values• Leverage available metrics and reports to identify Change Management opportunities to better support and drive model adoption and improve collaboration.Experience or education required Bachelor degree in Sciences (Chemical, Micro, Biologic)3-5 year experience in Pharmaceuticals, preferable in Biotechnology PlantsFully Bilingual candidates requiredExperience in Change Management Systems (example: Trackwise)Microsoft systems expertiseWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
