Company website: Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator manages the organization's employees and ensures they have the resources and support necessary to complete their job functions effectively. Additionally, they ensure that the agency is in compliance with CMS, OIG, and ACHA regulations and policies related to clinician hiring, record keeping, and training. The Human Resources Coordinator also plays an integral part in developing and maintaining company culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure agencies human resource programs comply with FLSA, CMS, ACHA regulations and policies.
    • Manage recruiting advertisements on employment website for job listings.
    • Review recruiting advertisements posted by competitors.
    • Review job applications ensuring job seekers meet qualifications.
    • Conduct pre-interview screenings.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews with job seekers coordinating necessary logistical and personal resources related to the position.
    • Review, issue, and follow up on offer letters.
    • Schedule and assign onboarding for new employees.
    • Oversee 90 days and annual reviews.
    • Assist with developing and maintaining staff skills by assigning tablet-based training, coordinating individual and group training, and
    • Maintain and update employee records.
    • Ensure that ongoing personnel requirements such as Level II background checks, BLS certification, Driver's License, and auto insurance are maintained.
    • Recommend to the Administrator and Governing Body changes to policies and procedures that would benefits employees and/or business activities.
    • Participate in audits and surveys conducted by federal, state, or certifying bodies.
    • Coordinate activities, events, bonus structures, and rewards to improve employee morale.
    • Other duties as assigned
    Physical Requirements
    • Daily: walking, standing, sitting, reaching, use of telephone, use of commuters and office equipment, climbing stairs.
    Work Environment
    • Indoor office setting
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field), or Human Resources Certification, or 2 years work experience in Human Resources in the medical field.
    • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

    Other: Not all internships include certification training by Vets2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead.
