As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be: - Network and prospect, new and past clients using our proven systems, skills, and models.
- As a showing agent, show properties and work with home buyers.
- Marketing properties and working with home sellers.
- Phone duty answering phones for new business.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Host Open Houses.
- Team building- Profit Share.
- Business Development.
Training will include: - Sales Rocket- Skills Leads Systems training (Included in internship).
- Assistance in obtaining your Real Estate License (Included in internship)
- Training with Vulcan7 prospecting systems.
- Training with the CINC lead generation and client relations platform.
- 1 on 1 weekly coaching.
- Introduction to Time Blocking.
Vets2PM Provides: - Mentorship and guidance via regular SkillBridge intern Zoom Meetings.
- PM Fundamentals course, Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills course.
- Other free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently.'
Other: Not all internships include certification training by Vetes2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead. If selected for an internship with Vets2PM please read your approval email, letter, and training plan to be sure you understand what is included in your internship.
