Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and attentive Production Supervisor Skillbridge Participant who will be trained to provide supervision support to the Seneca Falls, NY site. The Production Supervisors role is to support, direct, and manage the workforce and work area to safely produce customer requirements within budgeted costs. Supervisors should spend 80% of their workday on the shop floor and 20% off the floor to perform their assigned responsibilities.
