Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the rental units in a neat, clean, attractive condition. This includes, but it not limited to, dusting, cleaning of counter tops, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Complete assigned requests correctly and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for situations involving Bloodborne Pathogens; which includes cleaning and properly disposing of bodily fluids.
- Communicate effectively with essential personnel.
- Notify appropriate personnel in appropriate manner regarding maintenance and safety issues.
- Understand expectation of all jobs being complete and correct before employee can move on or leave for the day.
- Abide by the company's safety policies and follow correct, safe work practices.
- Participate in all company training classes and meetings, as required.
