Job DescriptionMinimum Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing.Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effectivecommunication with leadership and field personnel. Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of payroll program and the abilityto learn other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to use basic math skills. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and back ground test.Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the duties of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, andability to adjust focus.Travel: Occasional travel to other stores or for training.Working Conditions: The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather. Maystand for extended periods.
