Donation Attendant Classification: Non-exempt, subject to overtime provisions of Fair Labor Standards Act. Revision Date: 10/2023 Job Purpose: A Goodwill donation attendant is responsible for accepting, sorting, and organizing donated items at Goodwill stores or donation centers. Qualifications: Education: No formal education is required. Experience: No experience is necessary. Clearances: Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and Pennsylvania Criminal History Check. Goodwill will pay for these clearances. Supervision Received: The Team Member functions under the direction of the Store Manager.
