Goodwill works to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and families by strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity, and helping people in need reach their full potential through learning and the power of work.Primary ResponsibilitiesTo accept and process donations from donors at our Donation Door.Qualifications and SkillsBe the face of our organization and greet all donors or customers in a friendly and inviting manner.Ability to work with diverse populations.Ability to follow all safety policies and guidelines.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently.Strong sense of urgency.EducationBasic reading, writing, and math.Work Environment and Physical DemandsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds in an office and warehouse setting with prolonged standing and bending. Frequent exposure to dust, lint, and other irritants related to processing donated items. Frequent exposure to outdoor elements.
