**Job Overview:**As a Donation Processor, you will play a crucial role in our organization by accurately sorting, organizing, and processing incoming donations. You will be responsible for inspecting items, categorizing them, and preparing them for display in our store. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help us maximize the value of each donation we receive.
**Responsibilities:**- Sort and organize incoming donations- Inspect items for quality and suitability for resale- Categorize and price items according to established guidelines- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Assist with donation pick-ups as needed- Provide excellent customer service to donors and store customers
**Requirements:**- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred- Ability to lift and move heavy objects- Strong attention to detail- Excellent organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Passion for giving back to the community
