Samaritans Purse is seeking a detail-oriented and critical-thinking individual to serve as a Donor Ministries Representative with our Donor Ministries department in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. As a Donor Ministries Representative, you will have the opportunity to interact with the public and donors via telephone, correspondence, and tours. This position is for 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM 10:00 PM
A day in the life of a Donor Ministries Representative:
At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of Donor Ministries Representative, you will have the opportunity to:
* Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him Maintain expert knowledge of Samaritan's Purse
* Interface with donors and general public
* Make outbound calls
* Apply critical thinking an problem solving skills to read an interpret donor request Meet or exceed all ministry quality standards following procedures and guidelines regarding professionalism, timeliness, accuracy and compassion
* Read, sort, and respond to emails in the info, giving, E-Update and projects inbox
* Assist with donor events as ministry representative
* Process completed outgoing correspondence for department including quality checking and documentation in donor records
* Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team
* Follow Policies and procedures of Samaritan's Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual
* All other duties as assigned
