Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.The Donor Relations Associate, reporting to the Director, Stewardship and Principal Gift Strategy, is responsible for supporting the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association in achieving its short- and long-term development goals with a primary focus on stewardship and donor relations. Donor relations nurtures and builds lasting relationships between LA Phil and those who support the organization with private gifts. Donor relations fosters and encourages private support by acknowledging contributions in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner; recognizing donors in meaningful ways; and reporting to donors in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner on the use, impact, and financial management of their gifts. Under the direction of the Director, Stewardship and Principal Gift Strategy, the Donor Relations Associate supports the LA Phil's donor relations program and assists with the implementation of all related activities including planning small events, coordinating donor signage, meeting preparation, drafting communications, and other duties as assigned.
