Job Overview:
Dough Maker is needed for a very busy pizza place. It's very easy. We will train. Great job for someone that needs about 3 to 5 hours per day. Prep and dishes can be done after dough if you would like more hours. Must be 18 years or older to apply!
We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team in the food industry. As a Dough Maker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various culinary purposes. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and knowledge of food safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough according to established recipes and guidelines- Measure and mix ingredients accurately- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers and dough equipment- Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as needed- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dough preparation area- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth production flow- Assist with packaging and labeling of finished dough products
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting- Knowledge of dough-making techniques and culinary principles- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, scales, and dough sheeters- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards- Effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
