Dough Room Requirements:
Dough Room Schedule:
- Monday through Saturday.
- Work from 7a.m. until all tasks for the day are completed, which will allow for evenings off.
- Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
Dough Room Responsibilities: Individual:
- Various dough preparation tasks include:
- Mixing
- Stacking
- Proofing
- Packaging
- Ensure all items are prepared following all standards and procedures.
Other:
- Complete all assigned cleaning work.
- Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
