- Global Product Commercialization:
- Develop and execute global downstream marketing strategies for the assigned product portfolio.
- Lead product launches, market penetration strategies, and product lifecycle management.
- Drive product messaging, value propositions, and positioning that align with global brand and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Provide sales teams with marketing toolkits, launch plans, and content that support localized campaigns and align with global objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure execution of market-specific strategies and adaptation of global messaging for local markets.
- Market Analysis and Voice of Customer:
- Analyze global market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to guide product positioning and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D to gather insights into customer needs, pain points, and market opportunities.
- Product Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials and sales tools for internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption.
- Actively participate in key medical conferences, customer meetings, and training events as the product marketing subject matter expert.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product revenue, market share, and customer adoption.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations to ensure continuous improvement and success of marketing activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with global marketing leadership on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio planning.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in medical devices or healthcare technology.
- Proven experience in global product commercialization and working with sales teams.
- Strong understanding of downstream marketing activities, including product launches, sales enablement, and market analysis.
- Experience in managing the lifecycle of medical devices from launch to post-market support.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive product adoption and market share.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements and competitive landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in launching new medical device products globally.
- Product management experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing software.
- Clinical aptitude of respiratory, sleep, cardiopulmonary, skilled nursing, and/or emergency medicine.
- Technical aptitude and/or prior experience working with technical products.
Physical Requirements:
- Sit/stand/walk 8 hrs/day.
