Downstream Manufacturing SupervisorKelly Science & Clinical is currently recruiting for a Downstream Manufacturing Supervisor for a biopharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City, OK. This role will be responsible for supervising the cell culture and downstream processing operations in a GMP environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to established protocols, regulatory standards, and quality parameters.
- Lead and supervise a team responsible for production tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality control and assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations, maintain documentation, and participate in technology transfer activities.
- Train and develop junior team members and ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, etc.).
- Over 6 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, with expertise in cell culture processes.
- Understanding of bioreactor operations, aseptic techniques, upstream and downstream processing.
- Familiarity with FDA and EMA regulations for biopharmaceutical production.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
