Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provides age appropriate care to neonate, infant, children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Qualifications for a Physical Therapist: - Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York or eligibility to obtain licensure.
