We are a place where every employee can make a difference - and it all starts with you!Job Summary:This position within the Engineering department assists with the design of steel frame challenge courses and other adventure course products. The applicant must be very familiar with Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modeling software (Solidworks, Creo, Rhino, etc) and have at least four years of experience detailing fabrication or manufacturing components.Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to create precise and detailed technical drawings of steel structures, ensuring they meet the specifications for fabrication.
- Create permit, inspection, and assembly drawings, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Update drawings to address changes requested by fabrication shop and/or client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all designs and drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any drawing-related issues.
- Assist with R&D drawings as necessary
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Contribute to the quality control of the project.

- Minimum two year degree in drafting.
- Four years experience in the Fabrication or Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience creating 3D and 2D drawings with Inventor. Experience in SolidWorks, Creo or any other 3D Modeling/Detailing software required.
- Familiarity with part/subassembly/assembly organization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Good understanding of welding practices and procedures preferred.
- General construction knowledge preferred.
- MS Office applications.
