Nesco Resource is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Drafter to join our client in their Wyalusing manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of drafting concepts and is eager to develop their skills further. If you have experience with CAD or other drafting software, whether from high school classes or personal projects, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and modification of technical drawings using CAD software.
• Maintain and update project documentation and files.
• Review and verify drawings to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
• Support the team in various drafting and design tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of drafting principles and techniques.
• Experience with CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) from high school classes, personal projects, or other learning experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other drafting software and tools.
• Basic knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Any previous experience or coursework related to drafting or design.
