A leading provider of comprehensive residential and commercial services in Pennsylvania is currently seeking a skilled Drain Cleaning Technician to join their Residential Services Group based at their headquarters in Lititz, PA.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing drain-related problems, providing expert advice and solutions.- Perform cleaning, repair, and replacement of various types of drains in both residential and commercial settings.- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring long-term functionality and customer satisfaction.- Operate with a strong sense of independence while also contributing to a supportive team environment.- Mentor and guide less experienced technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.- Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately and promptly, maintaining a high standard of communication within the team.Job RequirementsKey Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drain cleaning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.- Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is a plus but not required.- Proficiency in operating jetting equipment is preferred.- Must be available for participation in an on-call rotation.- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the trade.- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.- Technological proficiency, including the use of iPads and the ability to communicate professionally via email.Key Qualifications:- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address issues effectively.- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and career development programs.- Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulatory and company standards.
