Qualifications:
- Mechanically Inclined and Possess a Basic Knowledge of Plumbing
- Some drain experience preferred, but not required.
- Be Coachable - Willing to Learn and Grow
- Personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and a Contagious Positive Attitude with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Safety Minded with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Proven Attendance Record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Primary Job Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers
- Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer. Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible.
- Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and records.
- Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
