First American is looking to add a DRE Processor to our growing team. In this role you will act as the liaison between the Builder and Department of Real Estate to assist in all aspects of obtaining the Final Public Report from the Department of Real Estate.What You'll Do:Provides a wide range of support within a functional area.Sets up and maintains project files.Processes the requests of agency letters and other documentation for DRE.Arranges for a team meeting with client, attorney, engineer, management company, etc., to discuss project plan.Prepares all forms required with the application, except management documents and budgets. Title officer should prepare title documents when possible.Reviews the project package and submits forms and documents to client for signatures.Calendars and controls the schedule/progress so that we always know when the client needs to go to the next step.Prepares and submits package when complete.Reviews deficiency letters and obtains documents needed to reply.Follows subdivision department rules and procedures.Maintains awareness of new regulations, policies and forms relating to DRE.Follows functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.What You'll Bring:Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/fieldGood verbal and written communication skillsEstablishes effective working relationships at the work group levelHigh School diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experiencePay Range: $22.80 - $30.38 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
