Why You'll Love Working for TPE Logistics Solutions Inc. * On-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement* Great benefits including paid time off (PTO), and healthcare for Full-Time employees* Competitive wages plus overtime* Weekly payApply now to schedule your interview today!What You'll Do as a Driver HelperAs a Driver Helper, you'll ride along in a DOT regulated box truck, stay active, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers packages to customers in your community. * Work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week* Part-Time and Full-Time positions may be available* Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner* Assist the Delivery Driver to safely load and deliver packages ranging from 70-500lbs (team lift)What You'll Need as a Driver Helper* Must be at least *18 years old* and legally authorized to work in the U.S.* Must have a valid ID or valid US passport* Be *CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!* We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.* Must* be able to get in and out of van, walk, climb stairs, squat, bend, kneel, crouch and reach overhead repeatedly throughout work shift. *You must be physically fit to do this job.** *Keep pace *in* physically demanding* job; work in all *weather* conditions and on various routes; *lift* packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; *maneuver *packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations* *Must *be able to work well with others because you will be working with a Delivery Driver*IMPORTANT*: Driver Helpers are required to work a 10.5 hour shift.
