No experience or CDL necessary.Fast interview and hiring process.COMPENSATIONStarting pay: $20/hour plus tipsOpportunities for additional pay include:Optional long-distance movesOvertime hours$1 Pay raise every 6-months if performance metrics are metOpportunities for career growth and advancementHOURSFull-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand).ABOUT THE ROLEGreet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer's belongings.Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.PAID TRAININGAll employees are trained in proper preparation, lifting and moving furnishings and boxes.
