DO & CO is currently seeking Non-CDL Drivers to join its growing team. Pay: Pay ranges from $17.50hr- $20.50hr based on experience. What We Offer:

A day as a Non-CDL Driver:
- Transport of meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO Facilities and third-party vendors, and the airport.
- Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO and airline regulations, specifications and equipment handling.
- Ensure flights are always catered correctly.
- Cater to DO & CO's client's airlines and handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and report any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations and all applicable rules/regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience driving a 26ft box truck is required.
- Requirements necessary to obtain airport ID.
- Must Pass a criminal background check.
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise. Many duties performed outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet.
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members, make sure communication is clear and understood by co-workers.

- A new hire bonus paid only to employees who have not been employed by DO & CO Detroit, Inc. in the 6 months preceding their hire. $400 after completing training and certification; remaining $400 paid out after 6 months of employment with DO & CO in Non-CDL Driver position. Employee is only eligible for payout if permanently/consecutively assigned to the CDL driver position. All employment remains at-will at all times. Specifically, the bonus program does not alter or modify at-will employment.
