Must maintain a professional image and be courteous. Responsible for scanning and building loads for deliveries and maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized work area; loading and unloading materials and/or building supplies and operating a forklift. Truck Drivers must have valid state issued driver license and safe driving record. This position will assist the Receiving Production Supervisor with other duties as needed when not engaged in driving activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Load / Unload trucks* Able to operate, load, drive bob truck* Deliver materials between IPS locations in Collierville, TN* Scan and build loads for deliveries* Follow detailed procedures and instructions* Other duties as assignedCritical Competencies:* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.* Clean driving record - no more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years. (No DUI/ DWI or reckless driving violations within the last five years).Education and Experience Requirements:* High School Diploma or GED* 2-3 years of related experience and/or training* Satisfactory MVR record* Must be at least 21 years of age* Valid driver's license (non-CDL / however, CDL preferred)Physical Requirements:* Sitting / Walking / Standing 100% of time worked* Able to climb stairs, stoop* Able to drive between facilities* Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.* Must have dexterity to use hand and automatic tools* Must pass DOT physicalWe OfferWe're a rapidly growing midsized company with a customer-centric mentality operating fast and lean.
