The ITS Driver Recruiter and Industrial Relations Representative is responsible for the administration and performance of the Industrial Relations program in the following areas: Driver Recruiting, Policies and Procedures, Safety, Personnel Requirements, Staffing and Training. Extensive travel will be required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment and interviewing for potential new employees

Pre-employment drug testing, physicals, and background

New employee orientation

Works with IR Department to ensure compliance with DOT, labor laws/EEOC/company policy.

Unemployment claims

Conducts and/or assist in employee training.

Enforce company policies and procedures.

Communicate company benefits and assist employees with questions.

Conduct employee meetings on a one-on-one basis periodically.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have good written and verbal communications skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Must have a thorough knowledge of WSI/ITS policies and procedures.

Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.

Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Must be prepared to travel extensively.
