Morning Apartment Cleaner at Marsden Central

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm 12 hours per week

Location: Mill St, Excelsior, MN Commerce Blvd, Mound MN

Description:You must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable car to qualify for this position. This cleaner will be cleaning the common areas of two apartment buildings with multiple floors.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Able to move at a fast pace
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• You must be 18 years old.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
