Description:

We are currently looking for a Full Time Drop Team Lead to join our team located at West Bay Casino and Resort.

Summary: Responsible for the daily drop of all electronic gaming machines, OTB Amtotes, table games, blackjack tip, EG, OTB, Transportation, Drink Server, Cash cage and floor attendant tips and daily replenishment of all Kiosk machines. Also for all emergency pulls, game changes, replenishing coin max and reporting to upper management.

  • Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made.

  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers.

  • Observes and addresses potential environmental hazards and risks.

  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics.

  • May provide break coverage for others as assigned.
  • May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit.
  • Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area.
  • Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area.
  • Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely.
  • Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Assists staff with accomplishing goals.
  • Ensures staff stays in assigned areas.
  • Investigates and resolves discrepancies.
  • Resolves minor employee concerns.
  • Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support.
  • Approves/denies time off requests.
  • Schedules staff based on worker availability and arrange for contingency staff based on business needs.
  • May perform tasks, duties and responsibilities of subordinate roles.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position.
