Job Description:

**Our client, in Gretna is seeking a Production/Technician to join their team.**

In this role, the individual will be responsible for removing samples and aliquoting samples for confirmation in accordance with the guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Store positive samples in refrigerator/freezer area Remove positives samples from freezer for re-aliquot Receive and open specimens delivered to the laboratory for analysis. Review and document acceptability of specimen and chain of custody forms. Clean and maintain work area daily. Adhere to all security procedures for ensuring confidentiality. Must comply with company policy BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION: High school education or GED preferred COMPETENCIES: Basic ability to use a computer. Basic ability to communicate ideas.

**Pay Range:$14.00**

**Hours: 10am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm**

**Temp-Perm**

**Bonus at 30 and 90 days of $400 (if no attendance or performance issues)**
