- Responsible for adjusting dryer temperatures to remain compliant to customer's specifications. These specifications may be internal or external until all finished product has completed the drying process.
- Monitors Belts and turns on cleaning brushes as needed to minimize temperature fluctuations from burnt product.
- Optimizes dryer performance while maintaining consistent, quality products
- Responsible for spraying out dryer swecos and shakers as often as needed to ensure consistent dryer feed, with a minimum of once per hour.
- Ensures clear and timely communication to maximize quality, productivity and minimize down time.
Position Requirements:
- Records checks and stops/starts runs in required categories in RedZone.
- Maintains cleanliness of equipment and surrounding areas.
- Responsible for food safety.
- Maintains cleanliness of equipment and surrounding areas.
- Informs lab technician and shift supervisor of known or anticipated problems and recommends corrective action.
