Job DescriptionDrywall Project Manager/Estimator Are you a skilled Drywall Project Manager or Estimator looking for your next big opportunity? We're looking for someone with the expertise to manage drywall projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do: Estimation & Bidding
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using software (On Center preferred)
- Review blueprints and specs to develop competitive bids and proposals.
- Account for material, labor, and overhead costs while aligning with client goals.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple drywall projects simultaneously, from planning to closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.
- Perform site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and meet company goals.
Documentation & Reporting
- Keep detailed records of contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and prepare progress reports.
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in drywall project management or estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Bonus points for OSHA 30 certification and experience working with GCs.
