Location: Loomis,CA, USA
Responsibilities:
* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
* Estimate time and extent of repairs
* Perform drywall installation (small patches and also entire rooms) through texture and painting to match existing finishes.
* Finish carpentry skills a plus (IE: ability to install baseboard, crown molding, etc.)
Qualifications:
* Previous experience repairing drywall and matching to existing finishes.
* Familiarity with tools of the trade and equipment
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
* Must have reliable vehicle and CADL.
