Plan and execute reconstruction tasks with the project manager while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Benefits Paid vacation time Paid sick time IRA Health care benefits Company / team building events Responsibilities: Drywall - hanging, taping, finishing Texture matching Painting Staining Job site cleanup Occasional demolition Maintain clean driving record Maintain customer relationships Address job site issues with customer and project manager Qualifications: Experience in both drywall and painting Ability to work independently and problem solve or as part of a team Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Excellent time management skills Take great pride in your work and maintain high levels of honesty and integrity Display excellent knowledge of building materials, residential and commercial structures and tools of the trade Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law 2-4 years of carpentry experience Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and cold Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
