Regular Salary: $20.06 per hour Mon-Fri and $21.06 per hour (shifts beginning 11PM Friday to 11PM on Sunday). Non-work time will be paid at the base rate.

Whats the role of an Area Supervisor?
* The primary responsibility of the Area Supervisor is to provide training, supervision and structure to the consumer to enable him/her to achieve IHP goals.
* The Area Supervisor must follow behavior plans for individuals when indicated.
* The Area Supervisor will be responsible for his/her area and work together with other Center staff to provide a consistent, productive routine in all areas of the center.
* The employee will cooperate with the agency's administration and/or Division and DHS staff in any inspection or investigation.

Job Requirements:
* Be motivated to work as part of a team that acts in the best interest of our residents at all times
* Experience with ID/DD population is a plus
* This career requires HS diploma or equivalent
* A valid (non-provisional) drivers license
* The ability to meet the physical requirements of CPR/First Aid and our emergency evacuation procedures.
Part Time-Shift: 25 hours per week, (Monday - Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm)

All staff must attend a monthly Staff Meeting date/time to be determined and announced in advance
Meeting waivers are provided for conflicts due to secondary employment and/or school (appropriate documentation required).
