Instructor will be responsible for teaching high school students college-level curriculum that is in alignment with our institutional curriculum standards. Essential Duties:
- Course instruction dependent upon specific discipline being taught
- Utilize technology (including Canvas, mySFCC, and SFCC email)
- Follow SFCC discipline-specific curriculum
- Maintain regular communication with SFCC Dual Credit Liaison
- Submit attendance and final grades by institutional deadlines

Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments as needed.Qualifications: Education: Associate of Arts instructors: Master's degree in the field with at least 18 graduate hours in the specific discipline and demonstrated record of teaching excellence preferred. Associate of Applied Science instructors: Bachelor's degree (associate degree and/or industry certification applicants considered) and three years related industry experience and demonstrated record of teaching excellence preferred. Skills: Desired applicants should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, a passion for education, and a concern for rigorous academic standards. Instructors should be able to effectively interact with a broad range of people, including high school level students, and SFCC faculty and staff. Applicants should possess a working knowledge of technology and computer use. Applicants should demonstrate a willingness to commit to the standards, philosophy, and mission set by the college.
