Overview/Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Dual Enrollment, Dual Enrollment Support Specialists will provide information and registration assistance to current and prospective dual enrollment students. They will assist in other events sponsored by the Dual Enrollment Office.
* Assist high school students and counselors in registering for dual enrollment courses.
* Organize and maintain student admissions files
* Assemble, disseminate, and publicize information regarding PRCC Dual Enrollment programs via email and social media.
* Communicate with students, parents, and high school and college staff regarding college applications, admissions requirements, and course offerings.
* Able to travel freely to all in-district high schools (valid driver's license required).
* Effectively communicate and respond promptly with area high school coordinators as their needs arise.
* Represent the College and disseminate appropriate information to prospective students and other interested parties.
* Assist the Director of Dual Enrollment in activities supporting all dual enrollment programs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements: Associate degree
