Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and expertise to operate a fully equipped duct cleaning truck/trailer, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively handle all aspects of residential duct cleaning. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Operate Equipment: Manage and operate a fully equipped duct cleaning truck/trailer, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order. Customer Interaction: Receive leads and inquiries from our extensive customer base, communicate effectively to answer questions, and provide detailed information about our services. Inspection & Proposals: Inspect homes to assess ductwork conditions, prepare and present cleaning proposals to customers. Cleaning Services: Perform residential duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning with a thorough understanding of supply and return duct systems. Problem Solving: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Product Promotion: Promote additional products and services to customers. Communicate specifics on replacement product sales leads to the Sales and Service Coordinator. Property & Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are maintained and properly accounted for. Keep the company vehicle stocked and ready for use. Professionalism: Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities. Compliance: Follow standard procedures and processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in residential duct cleaning with a solid understanding of supply and return duct systems. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills with the ability to operate and maintain all necessary tools and equipment. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Professionalism: Ability to represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The hourly range for this role is $20-$40 an hr.
