You'll communicate with field teams and customers using messaging apps, email, two-way radios, and telephones. Compensation:$50,000
Responsibilities:- Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
- Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
- Produce documents needed for dispatch
- Create and change service calls when needed
- Coordinate service calls for field teams and customers
Qualifications:- Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher are preferred
- Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor's degree
- Applicant should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Applicant with experience working with people in stressful and dynamic conditions is preferred
- Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
- Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
- Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
