Job Description: Partnerships Manager (Remote)Position: Partnerships Manager (Remote)Reports to: Head of School Compensation commensurate upon experience: $55,000-$70,000/yearDwight Global Online School, the #2 ranked online school in the United States, is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Partnership Manager to identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key partners to drive enrollment and support our schools mission of igniting the spark of genius in every child. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing successful organizational relationships, will be a charismatic and persuasive communicator both in writing and in person, and will have experience in K-12 education as well as display a strong interest in learning about the online education landscape. The Partnership Manager will not only be a strong strategic thinker capable of seeing the bigger picture, but also a detail-oriented team member ready to execute partnership tasks and collaborate with team members across the organization. Key Responsibilities include:
Partnership Development and Outreach
- Coordinate with the Admissions team and Head of School to identify potential partners for Dwight Global in the arenas of K-12 sports, dance, performance, and education
- Research potential partnerships
- Work with the Admissions and Communications teams to lead development of outreach plans and marketing materials
- Develop customized partnership proposals as needed
- Contact potential partners and promote a collaboration with Dwight Global
- Deliver partnership presentations to potential partner organizations, both independently and in cooperation with Head of School and Admissions
- Attend regular meetings with Admissions and Communications
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for organizational partners, ensuring that relationships achieve goals for both organizations
- Maintain and enhance partnership relationships through regular communication, updates, tracking of associated students, and meetings with partners and school teams
- Create calendar of partnership outreach and involvement
- Personally attend events hosted by partners where possible
- Work closely with Admissions, Communications, and academic teams to enhance mutual value of partnership
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill partnership obligations
- Act as liaison between students and their partner affiliated academics to provide insight into the student experience
- Work regularly with Dwights communications team to ensure partnership students and achievements are featured on social media
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy
- Align partnership efforts with school goals and enrollment targets
- Monitor deliverables and timelines to ensure partnerships are executed effectively
- Track and report on partnership metrics
Travel
- Some overnight travel to visit partner locations and events will be required
Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, admissions, partnership development, or a related role
- Experience in 6-12 education
- Knowledge of pre-professional athletics or performing arts
- Experience in working in a remote environment
