Job Description:
Scope of responsibilities
  • Administration of dynatrace monitoring tool
  • Coordinating with different application teams for data gathering giving directions to team members and building dashboards
  • Provide integration solutions of dynatrace with third party tools
  • Experience with configuring and utilizing dynatrace to diagnose issues
  • Responsible for ensuring the dynatrace agents are deployed and issues with the agents are addressed with the help of the technical teams are needed
  • Responsible for maintaining and building on perm infrastructure related to dynatrace like Activegates as applicable
  • Responsible to work with vendor on addressing issues where vendor engagement in needed
  • Responsible for the overall health and functionality of the dynatrace platform
Desired Background
  • Hands on experience of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as relationship building skills with a diverse global team.
  • Articulate technical solutions and how they can solve business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Practice of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and familiarity with change management tools (preferably Jira).
